Stamina Rose: Lyrics Version by Edseverripit

Monday, April 23rd, 2007

Here is Edseverripit’s version of Stamina Rose:

Why those illusion just keep floating up?
Excel than man one should you drain?
Why those illusion just keep floating, yeah?
Excel than man one it should drain…

Up those illusion keep floating, yeah?
Excel than man it should rain
How those illusion keep floating there?
Excel than man that should you drain…

Watching there…
Maybe should have the army beside them
Yeah…
Maybe should have the army inside yeah?

Follow you, yeah!
Follow you, yeah! (yeah…)

Up those illusion jus’ keep floating, up (ah…)
It shields the man from you - rage

Everytime those illusions keep floating, yeah… (yeah…)
It shields the man from you - rage

Yay, yay-hee, yay-yay, hey, yeah, yeah, yeah…(3x)

The lyrics page for Stamina Rose has been updated.

She Is: Lyrics Version by Edseverripit

Sunday, April 22nd, 2007

Edseverripit has made his (her?) own version of the lyrics of “She Is” from the Ghost in the Shell: SAC Solid State Society OST. Just like “Some Other Time”, the title of the song could be easily heard amidst other words that are almost unintelligible, but then brings to thought that the song might be in English, but pronounced really softly and with an odd accent.

Here is Edseverripit’s take on She Is, originally published in his blog:

Do you see this way?
See what you should we do?
Inhale cause one to fail…

See instead…
Mystique standing
Way to do, to be told…
Go down there, you see the breeze
It’s all done, send it to…
Because so, their here yes, she heard from them, what have you?-
Be certain fall…

I tried to roughly transcribe it myself, making it fit into English words, but (more…)

A Gabriela Robin Site Now Searchable Through Google

Monday, April 16th, 2007

Hooray!

These days getting indexed in Google is sufficient news to celebrate, considering some sites take months to get this done. Google has finished indexing more than 90 pages of the site, which means that the static pages are now searchable using the search bar at the right side.

If everyone would now look at the sidebar, you will spot two search bars. The first one is for the static content, and the next one is for searching the blog. The blog search bar will be removed once the blog itself is indexed in Google.

Now what next? Take over the top site in the search results when you place “Gabriela Robin” in google.com, currently held by the older site.

The new Gabriela Robin Site says “Hello World!”

Wednesday, March 28th, 2007

Hi everyone, surprise, I actually bought a domain and space for the Gabriela Robin site I made almost three years ago. But since it’s made on a shoe string budget, my dreams of making a site with song samples for every set of lyrics will probably have to wait.

What has changed / is being changed:

  1. Dedicated page to each set of song lyrics. The lengthy list of songs with bookmarks in them are not very nice to look at.
  2. Blog-styled front page. It will be easier to post news, reviews and comments. Mind you, Kanno has a lot of up and coming material this 2007.
  3. Blog design. I will attempt to capture the style of the former website, but this one will not have the piano thingy anymore.
  4. Ads. Yes, there are ads. If I could earn a bit to purchase bigger space and more bandwidth, then that would be great. Of course I recognize that Gabriela has such a niche market that ads won’t really have fast returns, but here’s to hoping :)
