Macross Radio has broadcast a 2-minute sample of Anata no Oto, listen to it here:
The music section of the Macross website also has updated to include streaming samples to the music of episode 19. The name of the lyricist of the song is Anju Mana.

The full(er) version sounds good
I still think Megumi’s talent is kind of “wasted” on the Ranka-like songs, if she can sound much better she should belt it out! (As can be seen in lives…) But hey, since it’s in-keeping with Macross, I can’t really complain. Perhaps Kanno could produce her non-Macross-related songs afterwards

I love this blog. My English is basic but for luck I’m can read. I’m made difficult to write in English. For that reason excuse my orthographic errors.
Well, I love this song, it is very sweet, besides being of Ranka Lee, my favorite character. I’m nervous to know the lyrics of the song.
The voice of Megumi Nakajima for my it is special, sweet, tender. I love their voice, she has charisma.
Thanks to the internet I had the opportunity to know more than the work of Yoko Kanno and I liked a lot.

when I heard this song on whatever ever episode, I instantly wanted it, I looked all over the net for it and then a few weeks ago I’ve got IT!!!!!! I love it oh man to bad the series has come to an end I really wanted to know who Alto would choose. In the first macross Hikari choose that officer old lady, HATE HER and him….I wanted him to be with minmei, this time I say I want Alto with Rank, they’re cute together, I do hope they continue with the series just so we can have a peace of mind on who alto gets wtih
