I didn't check it a cdj. The track listed an 'element' version of Sousei no Aquarion as well as AKINO's version and a karaoke. The description sounds like the OVA, with the whole "who is Scorpius" plot. There is that little link to movie site with clips and trailers. The scenes look straight form the OVA.
