Family Mart CM by Ranka in Macross F Radio
I was expecting something perkier, but this one fell just right. Very cute. I can definitely imagine this CM being played in Frontier. This is also the Dynam CM where she will be wearing that Valk girl outfit. For something that looks a bit humiliating, that song doesn’t sound as ridiculous as Ninjin.
I really can’t put my finger on which other CM song this reminds me of, but it does.

It doesn’t have the earworm nature of Nyan Nyan and Ninjiin but it’s just… well, damn cute nonetheless ^____^
First track that has not been at all disappointing that has “come out” lately (but how much exceptions one could hold for CM anyway?

the (?) is “Dore datte namida mo arimasu yo”
and
Heart no onigiri, I’m hearing heart “wo” for some reason, but it may be crucial to ask an actual nihonjin for that part.

I am also hearing “heart wo”, but I’m trying to figure out what “heart wo onigiri koisuru oden ya” would mean, because unless my grammar knowledge is much broken (which it probably is), it doesn’t make sense and will probably have to ask someone about it.
And screw that cute pronunciation, it IS arimasu! I was thinking “ai ni masu” XD
And now I think dore tatte > toretate (newly harvested), making it “I also have newly harvested tears” which makes it infinitely cute, because the song is like:

Hmm…translations, translations…can be pretty tricky!
I guess it’s a matter of the heart possessing the onigiri for “no”, and the heart is the object of onigiri for “wo”.
I’ll try to ask my sensei today which one would be grammatically be correct for you, if I’m not beaten to it.
