Northern Cross, Lion Kanno Demo Versions + Northern Cross Full Version
I wished these were more polished just like the Ninjin Loves You Demo, but I suppose we can’t be picky 
Kanno’s voice does not fit the songs, I suppose that’s obviously because they’re not made for her voice, but nice try though 
I made a short comment a while ago about a fan trying to sing what she remembered from Lion in the Macross concert, and it’s quite near what Kanno sings here.
On a side note, paper2k1 reports that the full version of Northern Cross has been broadcast in Macross F Radio’s episode 18. I can’t see episode 18 in the website though, I must be missing the link. All I can say is that it rocks!!!

Lion sounds pretty damn good, can’t wait to hear that in good quality and with May’n and Megumi singing it.
One of the things I didn’t like about the NC TV Edit was the transition between the start of the song and the first verse, that’s been fixed in the full version.

You know what, I’d also like a piano version of Northern Cross, just like in the demo.
By the way, the acronym ‘NC’ looks funny to me, in my industry it means, “Non-Compliant” to a standard, and that’s bad

Once more, the cry for help
Can anyone translate this, it’s the second verse and refrain of Northern Cross. From my initial reading, it looks really sad isn’t it?:

I like this piano version of Northern Cross too.
Hope there will be more demos but looks like that pabulisher will not update anymore becouse that would be illegal….

I just noticed that the Yoko Demo for Northern Cross is slightly different from the TV Size version. On my fourth listen. XD

What’s your source for the second verse and Lion lyrics? You can shoot me an e-mail if you don’t want to publicly disclose it. I’ll take a shot at translating them, but I won’t put them on my site until either they’re aired or released in the CD, so I’ll only be posting the lyrics here without a link.

The source of the second part of the Northern Cross lyrics is the full version in Macross Radio episode 18, I think, and since Alto and Michael are talking at the foreground, these lyrics might be inaccurate. The source for Lion is the demo version, so it may be just a scratch for all we know
