Pink Monsoon Debuts in the Oricon Dailies at #3

For a single of an anime that doesn’t have a currently airing series, landing at this rank is pretty good. The sales is also significant enough for the sales figures (7745) to be published. So, happy birthday May’n, and happy debut, Sheryl :)

    …And yeah placing #3 is very good, I expected it would be around 6, 7 or the like considering MacF, as you said, hasn’t aired anything yet. I’m also confident it will place higher within a week. X3

    ^I’m not too confident about that one, since what will push it? There’s no show, no big concert, etc :( We’ll see.

    It’s a very good number for her even though I think first week sales will be lower than Diamond Crevasse or Triangler (around 20-25k) since the movie isn’t released yet and she doesn’t have its support. AKB48 with their hand shaking events will definitely hold #1 spot for this week but 11 versions of AAA’s single are ridiculous, I hope May’n can beat them for the #2 spot because their sales will fall like a rock from the 2nd day.
