I just got myself a test copy and found that the track I so wanted to get my ears on is so not there v_V I mean who could’ve missed that BGM at the end of episode 16.. you know.. the one that had that triumph-piercing-through-the-universe kind of vibe to it? Well I did not, BUT INSTEAD the producers chose to fill like half the CD with vocals that they could have included in a complete-best or something.

First Code Geass missing important tracks (although I have to say the vocal gems here more than made up for them), now this…

A bit of my soul died when I found out that the OST didn’t have the epic episode 8 BGM where sheryl chases her panties :< Best song in the whole show for me. I hope they release it on some instance..

I agree with you uhsieh, the weakest song in the disc is Aimo OC (the devilish version of Aimo >_<) but is a nice soundtrack, though.

I hope for a special fan service disc , with special duets, karaokes, etc. I think it would be cool.

I have to agree with Fugue. While pretty much all of the songs are good to great (except Aimo O.C.) on the album, the order and mix is better on the first OST. Hope the mix is better on the release.

My favorite tracks are Yousei and Shinkuu no Diamond Crevasse, and the medley of course. For the BGM, I like Prologue F, High School Life, and Tsuioku no Trumpet.

Nicodou has some examples, shinkuu DC is gorgeous (http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/nm4833053), and Maaya’s presence in THE MEDLEY is woefully lacking (http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/nm4833176). I swear its a deliberate plot to make me wait till the movie ost or ost 3 for a full Maaya Aimo.
