She Is: Lyrics Version by Edseverripit
Edseverripit has made his (her?) own version of the lyrics of “She Is” from the Ghost in the Shell: SAC Solid State Society OST. Just like “Some Other Time”, the title of the song could be easily heard amidst other words that are almost unintelligible, but then brings to thought that the song might be in English, but pronounced really softly and with an odd accent.
Here is Edseverripit’s take on She Is, originally published in his blog:

Because so, their here yes, she heard from them, what have you?-
Be certain fall…
I tried to roughly transcribe it myself, making it fit into English words, but some lines are a stretch.
Is she this way?
See her shoot it home
Inhale consume to hail
She is the way
She has kept the way
Hey to told, to told
Could have been (a) tale, to say to let me
Kiss of laws set it to
The has not
She is shooting the toll to hell
To set to follow you
I have edited the “She Is” page in the lyrics section to have the old set of lyrics I made, this new one from Edseverripit, and the new one I made to somehow fit English lyrics.
