CMYoko2 Grandfunk Samples

These are Grandfunk samples of some of the announced songs in CMYoko2, which I simply adore. The NTT Docomo one is the rearrangement of The Beatle’s “All You Need is Love” :) I hope I got these all right. I’m still trying to find out which of the Avon songs in my computer is the right one in the album.

If you feel like looking for the rest, you could visit the Grandfunk website :)

Guys… there seem to be some Kanno CMs that got snuck into Grandfunk without our notice, and they’re old stuff. Check “Apple (as in Macintosh)” in the CM’s, there’s Kanno and Samply Red in there.

I really really love YOSHIKA’s Ionity Nanocare song.
I bet CM2 will be one of the best CDs of Yoko Kanno in 2009.

I was about to say… the songs I put here remind of the time when Kanno’s singers are all experienced professionals. And yes, that’s a dig on our Macross F girls (aside from Maaya of course) XD

And my CMYoko3 Wishlist, since these don’t seem to be in this set (edit: sorry for those who viewed this playlist earlier, I made a mistake on the Origa song XD) :

You have no idea how happy I am about the Suntory jingle. That woman’s voice… ah, I’ve been waiting for years.

This new CD, that I’ll buy on iTunes in a few days, seems pretty promising to me. :)

You can buy it off UK Itunes and Japan Itunes now :) I guess the US one too…?
