Macross Frontier Release Date?

Well it’s already November and there are no news on the Macross Frontier release, which was rumored to be on October 2007. I am guessing that the rumor stems from the fact that Macross had its 25th anniversary on October 2007, and Macross Frontier was said to be an anniversary release.

The Macross World Forums have gotten wind that the animation will be released 2009, but I couldn’t find their source of this information. Their discussion on the new TV series could be found on this thread, which has 43 pages now as I make this post.

    The 2009 release date waas from an Animate article detailing last summers Macross concert

    Unfortunately I dont have the link handy, but that is where its from
